The IPSUM 45’ Trimaran

Anasazi Ltda is proud to introduce an exciting new build project in partnership with Apparent Wind Activities (AWA). The Ipsum 45' is a high-performance skimming trimaran designed by Loïc Goepfert and Julien Boucher at AWA — a boat that bridges the celebrated multihull heritage of designers like Dick Newick and Mike Birch with the cutting-edge racing technology behind Guillaume Verdier's latest ULTIM-class Gitana 18.

What makes the Ipsum 45' truly unique is its build philosophy. Rather than a conventional production boat, it begins with a nucleus — a set of high-tech structural components ("the bones") engineered by top-tier offshore racing specialists and shippable worldwide in a standard 40' container. From there, the owner has complete freedom to oversee the assembly and finishing with the shipyard and in the country of their choice.

The Ipsum 45' will make its public debut at the 2026 International Multihull Show in La Grande-Motte, France — April 22–26, Stand H14.
